Shipping policy
We mail your plants via Australia Post within Australia, where possible. Otherwise, orders go via courier.
We Ship all our products on Mondays to ensure fast delivery and not waiting periods over the weekends.
You will be sent a notification email when your order is shipped. Please allow 5-7 working days from shipping for delivery on average. In peak gardening times or public holiday times (eg early spring, Easter, Christmas) your order might take 10 working days or more.
Postage and packing starts at $15.00. P&P will vary depending on the size of your products.
We do not ship to Tasmania, NT and WT unless you cover the biosecurity documents required and freight costs. Please message us here to enquire about shipping to Quarantine States.
Returns & Replacements
We guarantee the quality of our tube stock - we make sure every plant leaves us in ideal condition. We hydrate and treat each plant before carefully packing it for the journey. We will replace or refund any plants that do not arrive in good condition. If you have a problem with your order: You need to let us know by email or phone as soon as possible, within 7 days of delivery, and supply photo evidence to our customer service team, via email. We cannot issue replacements or sort out order problems via a social media message.
All plants are shipped with growing / care instructions.
Some species of Amorphophallus have offsets attached to it. In nature these detach to grow new plants. The offsets may detach or break in the mail, this is normal. Plant them in spring to grow new plants!
