Amorphophallus natolii. Amazing feather-like blooms.
Every plant collector will want this wonderful species. Winner of many flower shows around the world! And very easy to grow too!
Amorphophallus Natolii is described and illustrated as a new species from limestone hills near El Nido, Palawan island, Philippines
The tuber produces a graceful, umbrella-shaped leaf growing to about 60-70cm high. The leaf remains above ground through spring and into Autumn, re-emerging in the Spring.
If the tuber is large enough, it will produce the amazing bloom pictured. The bloom has to be seen to be believed!
The feather like hairs on the spadix are as soft as silk. The best thing is, this bloom smells lovely, like newly sawn wood and Bacon!
The most beautiful species of the genus!
Plant Adult Size: Medium
Care Level: Easy
All plants are shipped with growing / care instructions.
Some species of Amorphophallus have offsets attached to it. In nature these detach to grow new plants. The offsets may detach or break in the mail, this is normal. Plant them in spring to grow new plants!
